- Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Restaurants on the Run, Inc. website
(http://www.ROTR.com) or by calling in your delivery to (800) 510-FOOD (3663). Restaurants on the Run gift
certificates are NOT valid for in-house use at any of Restaurants on the Run’s delivery partner restaurants.
- Gift certificates from Restaurants on the Run, Inc or Restaurants on the Run, Inc partner
restaurants cannot be used to purchase gift certificates from Restaurants on the Run.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash
refund, except to the extent required by law. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
- Any unused balance of the gift certificate will still be available through the same gift
certificate number upon your next delivery and is not transferable.
- If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a
credit card, company check or cash upon delivery.
- Restaurants on the Run, Inc gift certificates and their use on the www.ROTR.com website are
subject to Restaurants on the Run’s general
Terms of Use and
Privacy Policy.
- Restaurants on the Run, Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
- Restaurants on the Run, Inc has the right to close customer accounts and request alternative
forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the www.ROTR.com website or phone
ordering process.
- Restaurants on the Run, Inc may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about
the redemption status of gift certificates they have ordered.
- Restaurants on the Run, Inc reserves the right to change/update these terms and
conditions at its discretion.
