Your staff is always friendly and helpfull, but today is the best!
Steve delivered all of our food and realized right before he got here that the restaurant forgot to send dressings and condiments. He then chose to call the ROTR office and ask them what we usually get and went and bought some at the grocery store across the street!!!
Great Job Steve! It's employees like that that really make a great business even better!

Thank you so much for helping us with all our catering needs! I work 6 different jobs at my office and providing lunch for all the meetings we have here has been made easier by calling ROTR. Our server Angie was so nice when she delivered lunch for the CEO, she definitely surpassed my standards of customer service.

We order from Restaurants on the Run at least 3 to 4 times a week, and I have to say that the service just keeps getting better. Kim was our server today and she sure is great at her job. She came into our office with a big smile ready to help me set up lunch. I greatly appreciate her attention to detail and her friendly demeanor. Thanks again Kim~ You are the best!!!!

I love ordering from Restaurants on the Run! The food is always on time, piping hot when it should be and delicious.
Today my food was delivered by Angie and she was so courteous and helpful. It was a rather large order and she piled it all on to my cart for me, letting me know what food was hot and what was not. She was friendly and a pleasure to work with.

First, I received great service and assistance from the 1-800 number with ordering at 8am and receiving our food delivery by 11:45am! Many thanks to Michele for the fast set-up and double checking all the items! Great job all the way around! We have upper management in the office today and had no idea what we were to do for lunch.
